In my daily work, we encounter issues regarding affordable healthcare, k-12 education, climate change issues, voting rights, language barriers, and affordable housing. All of these issues are the main proponents for my daily work and my desire to run for public office in order to bridge the gap in our community and create a just, equitable society for all. I am running to bring a new voice and perspective to policy discussions in the great state of Nevada. The AAPI community is one of the fastest growing populations in Southern Nevada and Assembly District 8 encompasses this fast growing population. I recognize the work we have done as a state, but there is still more work to do, and I look forward to bringing my corporate and non profit experience to the legislature to serve the residents of Assembly District 8.
